If an agreed Final Divorce decree is not enforceable by contempt of court, can it be enforceable as a breach of contract.

filed a motion to enforce Agreed Final Decree, the judge dismiss case stating the legal wording for enforcement by contempt wasn't contained the at part of the Agreed Final Divorce Decree that was been asked to be enforce. Then judge ask and I qoute" if the motion to enforce mentions Breach of contract and damage" and looks thru the motion filed and discover it did not therefore dismiss case as not enforceable by contempt. Can a breach of contract motion be filed (property division in divorce case)?

You need a lawyer. Hire one, unless you are enjoying frustration.

It is unclear to me what you are enforcing in your decree and why it is a contractual action as opposed to a contempt action. You need to take your decree to a family law attorney for review and possibly retaining. Hopefully the matter was not dismissed with prejudice.
