Are you asking if you should get out of a business because it is not profitable? If so, that is not a question that can be adequately answered on avvo. You need to sit down with a business attorney to determine if a business divorce is a good idea.

Sorry, but I don't see a question or even a fully formed statement of facts to even begin to answer. Please delete this post and repost with the facts and a well thought out question if you want attorneys to provide you with some guidance.

I think this is related to the post where you and your business partner were having differences or where you were being squeezed out of a business after working for a period of time. If this is the same post, I stated that I did not understand what you were asking and suggested that you try to clarify your post. If I am mistaken, I apologize.
