Can I sue Hotels.com for false advertising related to their price matching policies and practices.

When trying to actually get a price match, the customer service reps are all in the Philippines and tell me that the Policy is that the price match has to be done within 24 hours of booking. I try to escalate the matter and speak to supervisors/ manager but when i do, they put me on long holds and hang up the phone on me. I doubt anyone ever gets to truly do a price match. I think they do this as a deterrent. Do i have a case? You should check the hotels.com website terms of use to see what their dispute resolution mechanisms are. At the very least you might try submitting a written complaint through the website. It doesnt sound as if your damages would be large enough to warrant suing.

I don't know if you have a case or not but how much is involved? Lawsuits cost money and take time to pursue.
