A lawsuit attorney with business expertise. You have several options based on your facts and should act quickly. Depending on the facts you may have injunction, replevin and other fast options that should be considered immediately. I have been involved in these disputes and they need a fast filing on matters. Start contacting attorneys with expertise in this area ASAP.

I agree with Mr. Murillo. In addition, please consider: If you have insurance, you may want your attorney to have experience dealing with insurance companies. You may have a notice requirement deadline that's upcoming - don't delay. If you had a license to the space, you may want someone with contracts litigation experience. If you had a lease, you may want someone with lease litigation experience. Gather your documents, take some notes (write "Attorney-Client Privileged - Confidential - Work Product - Prepared in Anticipation of Litigation" at the top of each page), preserve all of your documents, and get some attorneys on the horn.

If it is leased space, what does your lease say about who are the actual tenants? Is this other person a legal tenant under the lease? Let your attorney look at the lease as well as what the other attorneys here suggest.
