The trust account is frozen, the plaintiffs are suppose to secure a 50000 bond. They want the judge to lift the freeze long
enough for them to get the 50000 to buy their bond. The funds aren't really theirs until this case is over. I am the trustee wouldn't I have to approve this. There are 6 beneficiaries and not all wants to do this.
