My husband has everything in his name houses stocks ect, if I divorce him am i entitled to anything

You are entitled to a proportionate share of all assets acquired during the marriage, regardless of whose name they are in, with the exception of assets inherited solely by your husband or gifts given solely to him.

I agree with Mr. Hibberd, but would add that you may also be entitled to the increase in value of assets during the marriage regardless of how they were obtained depending on the circumstances. You should consult with a family law attorney in person to discuss in more detail.
