Do I qualify for the lemon law

If your car is older than 7 years and over 100K miles you don't qualify for two separate reasons.

Your car does not qualify - if you purchased it new the time period ran at 24,000 miles or 2 years from date of purchase. If you bought it used, the used car lemon law period expired on 7 years from model date (2008) and 100,000 miles. Depending on what the dealer has told you about the car, or if there's a warranty in play, you may have other claims to work with. That said, there's no lemon law action here.
