Can a Probation Officer call me after my end date on my Probation ID and my papers?
On probation for two years, end date is May 1st. She said that she would call me for a random drug test at my last meeting two weeks ago.

Your probation is not yet over - it does not end until May 1st. They can require you to take a drug test until May 1st. They can only require you to take a drug test after that if they file a motion to revoke the probation or the probation is extended. Once it is over, it is over.
(Many courts require a drug test before the termination order is signed.)
