SPECIAL TERMINATION PROVISION. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Lease, Tenant understands that if tenant is expelled or suspended from USA for disciplinary reasons or would be ineligible for USA student housing for disciplinary reasons , (I) such expulsion, suspension or determination of eligibility shall constitute a default by Tenant hereunder (entitling Landlord to all remedies under this Lease and under Applicable Law), (ii) this lease shall terminate automatically effective immediately upon such expulsion, suspension or determination of ineligibility, and (iii) Tenant shall vacate the Suite, the Apartment and the Property immediately. Tenant agrees that Landlord shall be entitled to rely on notice from USA as conclusive evidence of such expulsion, suspension, or determination of ineligibility. If tenant fails to vacate suite, the Apartment and the Property as required above, Landlord shall have the rights to exercise its remedies under this Lease and under Applicable Law.

This provision assists the landlord but not the tenant

from that small portion, it requires to tenant to vacate the premises but i suspect the tenant still has to so long as the spot is vacant. sounds like you may need to talk to your parents about the lease and what is going on.

The clause may constitute a default; however, being in default does not necessarily relieve you of your responsibility for paying the remainder owed under the lease agreement.
