I had to go in the er few days after surgery because plastic bridge fell off stitches to back of nose into roof lining of mouth it was very tramatic & painful a plastic surgeon preformed the surgery made me go into my follow up sooner so he could apologize and remove stitches. My nose looks huge on one nostril and I lost feeling on the tip of nose and feel a bulge. It's still very soar on the upper sides of nose I get a lot of headaches ever since the surgery and have to consistently use nasil sprays cause I get nonstop scabs with a blood clot sometimes on them. I never use to have that and I cant sleep flat now that the healing process is threw I have trouble breathing through my nose still. Also had two stitches left in my nose that they forgot to take out. 12/3/14 was surgery can I sue?

You asked this twice. The answer remains that you have a bad result that may not be malpractice. Take your records to a lawyer for review.

This is a duplicate question. As previously stated: Your treatment needs to be reviewed to determine whether the standard of care was not met. Take all of your medical records to a med mal attorney for review and further guidance. Before it can be determined you have a case, an independent physician will have to certify that your care was defective or below the care that should have been taken. Adverse results or side effects do not always indicate medical malpractice.

A bad result is not necessarily malpractice, but your records can be ordered by a local malpractice lawyer who can send them to an expert to review to ascertain whether there was a breach of the standard of care.
