Full-time pharmacist with Walgreens 3 1/2 years. Terminated my employment because couldn't immunize due to a phobia.

The event of termination occurred August 2011. I had filed a law suit with the state of NC. After almost 1 year later they responded that Walgreens couldn't be sued through NC state because they offered me a position over 2 1/2 hours away in a crime-ridden part of town. There was a high employee turnover because of the bad element within the area and store. My original store was in Sunset Beach, NC. Walgreens wanted to transfer me to Fayetteville, NC. I had previously worked for them in Toms River, NJ. Have been unemployed now for over 2 1/2 years. Thank you. Rob Kutch PS. They also tried to get me to sign a disability form so they wouldn't have to pay unemployment. I refused to sign.

Since your claims were filed in North Carolina, you may want to repost your question so you can get answers from attorneys in that state. Most civil claims in most states have a limitation period of 2-3 years, so it is likely too late to start any new lawsuit related to employment actions in 2011.
