Hi Im living in Los Angeles and preparing to apply green card (married with my wife 3 months ago) basically im trying to pay all fees with my parents credit card from another country so i found that i can apply online too , is that change anything on processing ? i mean is it possible to make it online and pay with dads another country credit card ? She made 18 grand last year so i heard like if she is my sponsor she must make 20 grand or still make 18 and must have 5 grand in checking account ? is it true ? do i have another chance for sponsor like my parent ? They have some estates and for sure more then this amounts in their account (another country account) Can I hire a lawyer just for making application for me ? I mean filling my applications online and organize this all ?

You can hire a lawyer to help you with the application, sponsor documents, payment, and the entire rest of the process. Certainly assets are considered when properly documented on the I-864. What stage are you currently doing? If you have already started to apply you may be able to get a discounted fee and still have the benefit of using an attorney.
