Can I travel with Immigrant Visa Stamp? Haven't received my Green Card yet.

I entered the U.S. visa through an Immigrant Visa I received through my Citizen husband. It has been three months and I have not yet received my actual Green Card. Can I travel with the Immigrant Visa stamp that is in my passport?

As long as the stamp is not expired you can be readmitted into the U.S.

Yes, you can travel with the Immigrant visa stamp. It is valid for one year, just make sure your passport remains valid for the duration of your trip.

The temporary stamp you received when you entered will allow you to travel - but watch for its expiry date. Most people who don't get a green card in the mail have not paid the extra "immigrant fee" that is required before they send it.

You can travel with it as long as it is still valid. Make sure to return before its expiration date. Also bear in the mind the rules on abandonment of permanent residency status when you travel. Good luck.
