Can we get married

I have a question about legal law in georgia. I'm 23 and recently moved back to this state, it met a girl here she is 17. She was previously in an abusive relationship with and older guy who got her pregnant. She is now 5 months pregnant and her and it have started seeing each other on a regular basis. We have not had sex or done anything of the sort. However both or families say that if we are going to be together we should make it official due to age difference. Are we allowed to wed even with age difference and her being pregnant from another guy? If know the law states that at 16 someone can get married if pregnant however it didn't know if that would apply to us. It don't want to be looked down ion due to age difference and it am being responsible as to not get into trouble.
