Im just wondering I received a Disability update report and I notice codes on the 1st page is a short scanner form I don't know if im consisted low not likely to impove and the profiling score so on my Disability update report I sent in say (L/0048) I know the profiling score goes to 999 or 9999 so the question is with (L/0048) I don't understand what the (0048) means out of 999 or 9999 not sure is mine the ( 0048 ) LOW meaning unlikely to improve just trying to understand the codes thank you for any help

Most SSA offices require submission via fax and the cover sheet includes the scanner code as a cover page. beyond that, I cannot imagine what the significance of anything else might be.
