I am filings "unclaimed property" form.Have all requirements,need letter from Surrogate Court Stating distribution of property?
There is no will or letter stating distribution of assets.How do I meet their request?

Not certain what the form is asking for but you can contact the surrogate's office in the county where the decedent died to open the estate.
