Met a girl online and she asked for my Facebook so we moved to talking on Facebook then we moved to Skype, on Skype she recorded a video of me and threatened to send it out to my Facebook friends. I have all the texts and messages we exchanged, I deleted my Facebook but I have all the messages and everything, I'm very nervous. Also to avoid other troubles I have a message stating she was 20 going on 21 so I know that helps me avoid anything involving a minor because I was led to believe she was an adult. Any advice will help me out
Situations like this have become more and more common. So, please know that you are not the only one. You did not state whether she asking for money in order not to do this.
First of all, try and relax -- it does no good to panic. Then, retain a lawyer and give your problems over to them. Once a client hires me my first advice is get some sleep and let me handle this.
You did not describe what the content of the messages were. Just talking is not a crime.
Just because the girl said she was 20 doesn't make it true, nor does it relieve you of any liability. Further, she may not even be a girl - or she could be a cop posing as a girl (a common tactic of law enforcement looking for pedophiles.)
DO NOT pay anyone any money. There is a common scam out there where someone says the are a girl over 18, you sext with them, and then they tell you they are under 18 and someone who says they are the girl's father asks for money or he will call the cops. THIS IS A WELL KNOWN SCAM.
If it is also a true case of blackmail, the cops will often use their resources to go after the perpetrators. Your lawyer can help you contact the authorities.
You will want to discuss your situation with a lawyer in more detail. Most lawyers on offer a free phone consultation.

There has been a very sharp increase lately in these incidents exactly as you have described. I suspect the same individuals are attempting to scam people across the country. Relax, it's highly likely you have become another victim of this scam. Do not pay them any money. If by the unlikely chance you are contacted by police, remain silent and call a local criminal attorney.
This is the latest scam on the east coast. Stop talking to her/him. They have other targets so as soon as you ignore them they will ignore you and move on to someone more vulnerable.
