My 27 year old son is staying in my house and makes threats that he is going to hurt my family if i make him leave

This guy is from a out of wedlock relationship. He is a computer hacker and has hacked our accounts, knows all our personal information including bank accounts etc. He is claiming he is owed money from child support because in Puerto Rico the law says that a parent must pay for his child education and living expenses until they finish college. He does not want to leave the house and is making threats and really uncomfortable situation for our family. What are his legal rights and how can we proceed to remove him from the house. We believe he has our information with the intent of stealing our identity. We have protected all accounts and we are reporting him to the authorities but we need him out of the house for our families safety. Please let me know what can we do.
Thank you!
If he is making threats of violence and you fear that he may follow through on them, then you should consider getting an Order of Protection Against Domestic Violence. If you do not fear for your safety, you need to contact a lawyer who does landlord/tenant law and ask him to tell you about an "ejectment."

Mr. Mullaney is correct, if there are threats of physical violence, you need to file an injunction for protection quickly. News flash for your son, you are not in Puerto Rico! Ejectment is the appropriate action to remove him from the house, but be prepared for stick shock on the filing fees, they are based upon the value of the home.
