Wholesaling (real estate) in the California with a Nevada LLC, do I have to register the LLC to do business in CA?

The Nevada LLC will not hold any property in it's name, however, I will finding sellers for buyers in the state of California. Do we still need to register in the State of CA?

YES, any connection whatsoever with the state they will hold you as doing business. Certainly property in CA, and people i CA if there is any trail to the money to or from CA.
