Can I sue a shop that I paid to re-build my engine that they have not produced
Paid $3,750 for a re-built engine in November of 2014 and they have still not produced a re-built engine that runs right

If they have violated an agreement with you, you can sue for breach of contract. This could potentially be a matter for small claims court, depending on the rules in your area.
