I been living in an illegal Apartment for 3 yrs but only paid for the first year. I haven't pay rent for 2 yrs. my landlord wants me out. If taken to court will the landlord pay me for 6 months even though I've been living here for free for 2 years. And also my landlord took out my stove when I wasn't home only my adult daughter was home.
