I'm 16 and pregnant I will be 17 in a couple p months and my grandma wants me to love with her in Texas and I want to go love with her too. My boyfriend would also like to come with me he is legally able to out if he wants. Can I move with my grandma who lives out of state at age 17 sense I'm pregnant without my parents consent?

Being pregnant doesn't mean you are an adult, it means you had sex. You should contact a local family attorney about what options you have that don't require your parents to agree.

This is a difficult question because there are two answers. One is somewhat legal and the other is more practical. First of all, who is going to stop you from moving? If you have family in Texas and there is nobody in Michigan who is upset that you want to leave to TX. The age of consent in Michigan is 16. That mean age to consent to sex is 16. If your boyfriend wants to try to keep you here because he is the father of the child and does not want you to flee to TX he could try to hold you hear. In all likelihood there is nothing that he can do to prevent you from leaving Michigan. The problem is that because of the pregnancy some do gooder can try to use the pregnancy to put a stop of your movement. You may need to stand and fight,.
