i am scheduled for an EUO which i have already resheduled twice. Before the new date i wanted to talk with an attorney about my rights and claim and what i need to do. i will not settle for them denying my claim i piad for insurance for exactly this reason loss of property,

In NYS it is never a smart idea to attend a EUO without counsel. You do not post whether this concerns an auto accident or some other loss. If you have a claim for personal injury against an insurer, you most certainly should be seeing a lawyer. This response is posted by a lawyer admitted in NYS.
