Can I be co-counsel with my attorney??? HOW??? I suspect that my attorney is cooperating with my ex spouses attorney to cover up lies that her attorney submitted. Her attorney has cooperated with my attorney and this has ruined me financially. They've gone behind my back and submitted everything false and items I never agreed to. I need help. Is Co-counsel possible?

If you have concerns with your attorney's performance, you may terminate your attorney and represent yourself. This is not always advised, especially if your case has been in litigation for a while, but it is your decision. Your best bet is to write a calm, measured letter to your attorney expressing the problems that you have had with him or her and your concerns. Keep a copy for yourself.
