You need to read your injunction carefully. If it says you cannot be within 500 feet of his house and your house is only 250 feet away, you cannot go home until the temporary injunction is changed. If the return hearing on the temporary injunction is not scheduled in the next day or two, you can go down to the clerks office and file any emergency motion to modify the temporary injunction. In your emergency motion, explain that you live within 500 feet of the petitioner's home and ask that the injunction be modified to include only his property. At least then you will be able to live in your house until the return hearing, where you will have an opportunity to defend yourself.
