I entered here as F1 student and after finishing my education got my H1B. I am holding H1B visa and my wife got citizenship through naturalization. I got married last year and have not got my H1B stamped yet. I want to know what all documents do I need to file.

you need to read instructions carefully for the Forms I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-864. H-1B visa stamp does not matter, you entered legally, that's what matters. For details you should contact a lwyer

Congratulations on your wedding. You may want to research this topic as multiple applications can be filed together. This website is not geared as a "do-it-yourself" kit. If you have specific legal questions, post them here. For administrative filing questions and procedures, you should probably do an independent research or consult with an attorney to seek his/ her step-by-step guidance. Good luck!

Hi, You may start a family-based immigration process as you citizen spouse is eligible to petition I-130 for you. Congrats on your wedding.
