I was working 22 hours and collected underemployment with the state of Mich. I have been charged with Fraud through UIA. The funds I received I was advised by Kelly I qualified for. I am now retired and only have Social Security. Can they take my SS check? How will I live?

Key fact from your post: you have been charged with Fraud. You need an attorney if you intend to fight the charges. Best to not post anymore details online that support the fraud charge, this is an open and public forum that can be used against you.

There are too many details and you should not publish them on the Internet. Engage a defense attorney immediately or risk potentially being told where to live!

I strongly discourage you from placing any additional facts on the internet regarding your case. If you were charged with fraud, you need to hire an experienced attorney in your area.
