I purchased a car from a used car lot 6 days ago and that same day i noticed a leak, i brought it up to there attention but they just said it was armor all leaking and i shouldn't worry about nothing. Then As I left and got home i noticed that one of the headlights was out so i called and said they will not fix anything. The leaks has got worst, so do I have a case?
Yes, you have a case. Hard to say how good a case until the documents are reviewed. For instance, you brought the leak to their attention is NOT the same as you documented the leak and they told you (in writing) to go shove it. That would have made it a better case. Going forward, document ALL issues you have with the dealer asap and yes, call a lemon law attorney or someone who handles auto fraud.
