How long does it take to get a DUI PTD contract issued ?

I am eligible for PTD and I I am willing to get this DUI case over with and will be willing to satisfy my requirements/conditions quickly in order to get the case ,Nolle Prosequi. I have been researching cases on the clerk's website, and I can see from other people's cases that the PTD contract is issued on average after, 4 months or so, while some were given the next month. I am unsure why this is. I would like to know how soon after the Pre trial conference, can I get my contract and start fulfilling it ?
You answered your question within your question, yet you still ask it to people who do not know the specifics of your individual case. Ask the attorney who represents you.
Be thankful you have diversion for a DUI case as it is not available in all counties. It will take some time but all you can do is be patient and get the tasks done once the contract is signed. You can probably enroll in DUI school ahead of time and get that process started.

Our law firm handles a lot of DUI cases in Orange County. I can tell you that the wait time for DUI diversion has increased over the past several months. It could slow based upon the volume of cases going into the program or the lack of enough personnel to handle the case load. I'm impressed that you care enough to even ask that question which is a great indicator that you will complete the program and be eligible to expunge your record. Be patient. I know it sucks but you will get through this.
