You have many options-hire an attorney if you can afford one. If not, go to court and try to get the speed reduced and discuss the fact that it was 5 minutes into the time and any other mitigation (such as no children were around at the time, very few cars, not near a cross walk, or whatever relevant facts)
You can ask the prosecutor for a reduction of points where it won't go on your license, but most likely they will increase the fine amount if they agree to do that. May be a good idea to get an attorney to handle this for you.

You can always ask for a reduction of the speed to a level where there are no points. It might be more difficult with a school zone ticket. This is a 3 point violation. Also, I don't know your age, so that may play a role in the penalties and possible suspensions that may be applicable. I would hire an attorney to assist you with this issue.
Definitely! Go to court, and ask the prosecutor to reduce your speed to 39 in a 25. Assuming you have a Georgia Driver's License this will keep the charge off your driving history, and your insurance premiums will not increase.
