As my previous question my husband wants to apply for his both parents they r currently on visit visa what is affidavit of support for both parents they both are above 60 years of age.and when do we show it later or the time we r filing???

If your in laws are on a tourist visa, you need to make sure appropriate to file for an adjustment of status. You really need to consult with an immigration attorney prior to filing. Ex. Your in laws are here and both during their consulate interview while requesting a tourist visa and at first port of entry in US were admitted under fraudulent statements stating that the purpose for their visit was to visit the US only. They then may have a problem.
