If a charge is dropped, will the court be able to bring that specific charge up in the later court dates?

The court has broad authority to consider all manner of things when sentencing you. Since you're facing sentencing, there must be a lawyer involved somewhere. Speak with your lawyer.

There is something called a "Harvey waiver" which allows the court to consider dismissed/dropped charges at sentencing. You have to expressly make the waiver to the court. If you don't enter into the waiver, the court cannot consider dropped charges. As Mr. Finnecy said, speak with your attorney about this.
