If you are late in providing the State of NY info after incorporating a small business. What is the best thing to do?
-I got the information sent to a mail box that I don't check regularly
-Now I need to get everything set up.

What information are you referring to? Do you have employees? are you conducting business? If so you need to have workers compensation, disability insurance and unemployment insurance for you company. Contact you accountant, who can help you with these matters. If it is something more serious than providing proof of coverage consult with a business attorney.

It's actually pretty easy, if I understand your question. Go to the DOS website and look under forms to change your address. If you have any trouble, hiring an attorney to do this work is inexpensive and can be done remotely (email, fax, etc.)
