What is the best website to do a background check free
Whit everything thats been happening to like people saying that i had did something when i did not i would like to be able to look it up

There are several free websites, however the best ones are the pay ones. You can check out sites like "myfreebackgroundcheck" and "publicrecordssearch" and others like that. A general google search gets you a couple.
Also, just a little tip, some of the pay sites will give you a "tease" of some info but not others. If you go to several of the pay sites, you can usually piece together a lot of info that way.

Many courts offer their dockets online and you can search on your name to see if you have a charge.
You may have to search in several areas, especially if you have moved about.
Weird things can happen.
