Do I need a lawyer

My son went to a doctors appointment and they refused to give him a shot unless he got a physical and he refused to do the physical and later the doctor stuck her hand down his pants when he didn't want to. we set up anoth appointment to get his meningitis shot and they canceled the appointment because he refused to take the physical and he needs that shots I was wondering if I should sue the company because they are refusing to give him the shots he needs when the company themselves said he doesn't have to take a physical to get any shots.
