I have an order to pay child support through the state of Florida and now and receiving a court order to appear in front of a conference officer regarding child support in another state

You should not ignore the other state's hearing. You (or a lawyer on your behalf) should attend the hearing and tell them that you already are ordered to pay child support for that child in Florida.

Do not ignore the new court proceedings or they will take a default judgment against you. You may need to get a lawyer in the new state to tell the folks that you already have an order in Florida. This is important.
