When during the investigation i was the only one suspended and the other got to continue to work. The asked me if i had went to my supervisor. I explained to them i did and in the end my supervisor was terminated before the investigation was over as it was a 2 day investigation. Plus the said they had proof that is was at fault which i asked to see it and they would not let me see it. I got terminated and the other got to keep her job.
From what you have written, it sounds as though the company was within its rights to let you go. If you were released while your coworker was not because of something like your race, sex, religion, age, etc., then there may be a legal violation. It would not be a bad idea to call up a local attorney to get a free consultation to see if there were any other legal infractions. You can use 's "find a lawyer" feature at the top of the page or search on Google or in the phone book.

Absent an employment contract or unlawful discrimination, you can be fired for any reason or no reason at all, but discuss it with a local discrimination lawyer nonetheless.
If you were treated more harshly or in a more hostile way then your similarly situated co-worker as a direct result of your membership in a protected class such as your race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc., then you may have a claim for wrongful termination which would be filed at the EEOC. However, absent some form of discrimination or violation of public policy, you may not have a very strong case. In order to determine this, you should consult with a local employment lawyer to discuss the facts.
