Your U. S. citizen parent can file the FORM I- 130 on your behalf. However, the process can take between 10 to 20 years depending on your country of origin.

Hi, an I-130 through your mother will take a long time because of your age and marital status. Your country of origin will make a difference as well. If your oldest child becomes 21 years old, he or she can petition for you.

Your mother can sponsor you by filing a Form I130 but you will wait many many years before getting your green card and will have to maintain lawful status.
