This has been going on since 2011. Liberty mutual won't allow my doctor to do any treatment . They have not even got back in touch with my Doctor.. I would like to sue the company along with the Workmans Comp imaurance company, Liberty Mutual. I. need to find a good lawyer. help!!!!!!!
Some states allow for bad faith lawsuits against an insurance company. You will need an attorney that does this type of work if that is possible in your state
You need to contact a lawyer that practices in worker's compensation. Louisiana law does provide for penalties and attorney fees in some cases where employers and/or insurers fail to act in good faith.
I strongly recommend you speak to a local attorney immediately. If this has been going on since 2011 and you have not had an attorney involved, you are in danger of deadlines running that could cause you to lose some rights. You need an attorney who practices workers' compensation exclusively.
