My ex doesn't want to sign Quitclaim Deed after Stipulated Judgment and Notice of Entry of Judgment in my divorce case.

I got a Stipulated Judgment and Notice of Entry of Judgment on April 01, 2015. Since that date (April 01, 2015) 60 days passed. My ex did not sign form FL-180 and never filed an appeal. Stipulated Judgment divides our two houses (one for me and second one for my ex). Both houses are on both of our names. My ex does not want to sign Quitclaim Deed. Should I now file a motion in court for my ex to sign Quitclaim Deed or it would be wiser for me to wait additional 120 days (until Oct 01, 2015)? My ex signed "Notice and Acknowledgment of Receipt".

What you need is an interspousal transfer deed. And a lawyer.

If a stip was done, then your ex signed it. It can be enforced. As to transfer of title, you need an interspousal transfer deed. He doesn't need to sign the FL-180 if he signed the stip.
