For how many months we can reserve child support.
for how many months max we can request court for CS reserve? Do we really need to specify time likee no of months to CS reserve? can we keep on extending? like first 6 onths then 3 months so on

With the appropriate facts, child support can be reserved, but it will always be subject to future modification. The only thing the Court is concerned about are the needs of the child or children. With this in mind, it is most improbable that the Court would ever set a date certain for duration of the reservation.
