I was in US on H1B visa from sept 2012 to dec 2013. My visa expired in dec 2014. Now, I came to US on H4. Which means, I have cap exempt visa. Could you please help how should I go for finding visa sponsors?

You need to find a job and an employer willing to sponsor you - this isn't a job board site.

You will need to do your own legwork and seek to land a job and employer willing to sponsor you. is simply not a an "employee placement" board or site.

Look in the news papers and online for job openings and apply for the job. Tell them about being cap-exempt.
