How do I get a RTO removed off me on my next court date? What paper(s) do I file or how do I ask the Judge to remove it? It's for 2 years.

Do mean RO there is a TRO which is a temporary restraining order and an RO is a permanent Restraining order. So the question becomes when was it issues? Were you given notice? Did you participate? If you had notice, and/or had an opportunity to be heard, then a set aside could be sought, but only if you can show perjury or fraud.. very difficult burden. Next would be appeal, but those are very difficult and expensive. If you were never served, it could be voided. You really need to contact and attorney with all the facts.

Why do you want it removed? What is your next court date for? You can't just bring it up at a hearing that is unrelated to the RO. You'd need to file a separate motion and set a hearing date specific to this issue.
