I purchased a car prior to my marriage and titled it in the names of myself and my girlfriend. Is it now marital property?

I live in Oklahoma. Prior to marriage, I purchased a car and had it titled jointly with my girlfriend, whom I married in Mar, 2014. I am now in a divorce from her. Is the car marital property? Can I claim that the car is my separate property because I paid for it 100%, even though it is titled in both our names?
Thanks.

When you put your GF's name on the title, you made a gift of ownership by your action.
If the title was listed Name AND name, then you both own and both must sign for a transfer of title.
If the title was listed Name OR name, then you both own and at least one must sign for a transfer of title.
So she had ownership in the car before marriage, just as you did, based on your post. This means is is not marital property but an equal interest in the vehicle is among the separate property of both you and she.
