I'm a noncustodial parent that gets every other weekend visitation and 3 weeks visitation during summer.
If I start my week summer visitation on the Monday following my weekend visitation, do I have to take them home on Friday or Sunday?

This is really something you should be able to resolve by negotiation with the custodial parent without involving lawyers. It could be argued wither way, but do you really want to fight about something so trivial? Talk to the custodial parent, work something out. Maybe you can split the difference, and return the child on Saturday.....
