Nolo is available to you if you have not use it in the prior 5 years. However, for certain offenses / situations, the DDS / DMV may not accept the nolo plea, and will consider it to be a guilty. It would be best to at least consult with an attorney to get the specifics of your situation. In addition to others, any of the following factors may also have an effect on your situation: your age, driving history, state of issuance of your driver's license.

Nolo may help to keep the points off your license but will not help you with the Super Speeder status of the citation. You need to either negotiate with the solicitor for a reduction in speed or hire an attorney to do it for you.

A NOLO plea may be available to you, but it would be best to consult with a local traffic attorney.

Nolo only keeps points off your license if you are 21 years old, or older. Nolo doesn't do much to help you though. Your insurance rates will still increase, and you still have to pay the Georgia Super Speeder Penalty of $200. Either negotiate with the prosecutor, or hire a lawyer to do so on your behalf, to get your ticket reduced to a non-reporting violation so the charge won't go on your driving history and you won't have to pay the super speeder penalty.
