I have a DUI in FL and want to move to PA next summer. By then I will have all of the court ordered stipulations completed. I am wondering if the auto insurance will follow me? Through the FL DMV I am supposed to have the FR44 insurance for 3 years. This was my first offense.

Pennsylvania does not follow the Driver's License Agreement and therefore only transfers points from another state within the agreement if it meets certain conditions. You would need to provide more information for a complete assessment. Contact an attorney as soon as you can!

I would of course defer to my colleagues from Florida and Pennsylvania, but I would not count on the insurance industry forgetting about you.
