A written warning is not a moving violation, but a ticket sometimes looks like it is only warning. Look to see if the document, the officer gave you, has a court date on it. If the officer cited you with a moving violation, he also should have written a court date for you to appear and, if you desired, contest the violation.

A civil infraction has a court to contact or pay the fines. A warning is pretty clear that it is just a warning. A warning is not a violation, at least not in Michigan. I would of course, defer to a different answer from a licensed attorney in Arkansas.

No, but have your DUI attorney look at the document to make sure it actually is not a ticket.
