Can a lawsuit be filed against Etsy.com for closing down my shop for no good reason?

My daughter owns a Etsy shop that was recently suspended due to violating policies; however, in the following weeks they have closed down all shops that have signed onto the same IP address including my business. The two shops have no relation at all besides using the same computer to print out shipping labels. They are also withholding our weekly deposit till September for no reason also. I have emailed them letting them no the 2 shops only share a household internet but are not run by the same people. I have a company name, tax id information, social security, etc to prove this. They have informed me their decision is final and there is nothing I can do. Is this even legal?

You should start by reading through Etsy's site policies and the user agreement you entered into when opening up your store. I am certain they reserve the right to ban anyone from using their services. It is legal. However, if you lost customers or suffered other damages, you may have a case against Etsy. This would require a thorough review of the agreement and your particular situation by a lawyer.
