I have a Green Card. My Wife is working abroad and did not plan to settle in US. I am planning to get Citizenship and move back to my own country. During this period, I will be visiting my family once in year for couple of months. I am looking visitor visa for my wife so she can also visit me once in a year for couple of months. Is is possible to get Visitor visa for my wife ?

What is confusing about the question is what do you mean by visit your family. If you mean return to the U.S. to visit your family, why don't both you and your wife just get visitor's visas, rather than getting US citizenship? Regardless, your wife can apply for a visitor's visa now or anytime in the future if she can show that she is going to the US just as a visitor and not as an immigrant.

Your wife can apply for a visitor, B-1,B-2 visa. Whether it will be granted will depend largely on whether she satisfies consular officer that she does not intend to stay in the us, which they will suspect because you live here.
